A Poppin' Good Christmas

December 24, 2002

Merry Christmas, everyone!

It's my favorite holiday once again, and I have some happy stuff to share.

I am absolutely thrilled to announce that Connecting Hears by MJ Walker and Valerie Brown (Cephalgia) is gong to be published by Limitless, Dare 2 Dream Publishing (http://www.limitlessd2d.net)!!! How cool is that? Very, my friend, very.

Congrats to Val and MJ, and thank you to them, too, for writing such a cool story. You can read it online at:

http://www.merwolf.com/academy/fanfic/c/cephalgia_mj_ch1.html

Read it, if you haven't already. And buy the book when it comes out. It's good stuff.

And now, I'd like to tell you a story.

Once upon a time, there was a person named Celine. Celine had a spiffy friend named Val (who is Aphrodite in disguise, and the same Val mentioned above). This spiffy friend name Val did a very spiffy thing and introduced Celine to her friend, Kel, who, incidentally, is also spiffy.

Kel and Celine got to know each other, and before long, they discovered something very spiffy. Not only did they had a lot in common (right down to their blood types), they also discovered something more. They discovered something called love.

Now, Celine didn't think she's ever actually find love, let alone when and how she did. But thanks to the spiffy Val she was able to find it in the incredibly beautiful, sexy, wonderful, intelligent, funny, lovely, and all around special Kel.

And that, friends, has made this a poppin' good Christmas. Don't ask me why it's "poppin'"... it just is. Trust me.

The moral of this story is: love can and does just sneak up on you and find you when you're least expecting it. Don't be afraid of it, because it's a very precious gift.

In Tango the Wonder Kitty news, when I came in my room earlier he had made 5 copies of nothing at all, which I found quite impressive. He seemed happy with his accomplishment. He also seemed happy yesterday when he came into the family room with a bow from the Christmas tree dangling from his mouth. And when he was sitting on top of the piano in the middle of my Christmas village. He didn't seem happy, though, when he was snuggled under the covers with me the other night and Butler came waltzing across him to get to the window. I had to hold him back from making sure Butler never waltzed again.

Happy Holidays to each and every one of you, and I hope yours is as good as mine as turned out to be.
